We accept the following payment methods: Card Payments, KOKO Payment, Cash on Delivery (COD), and other available payment methods. For customers opting for COD, payment must be made in full upon receipt of the order.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We provide island-wide delivery services. Shipping times vary depending on location. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Please ensure that you provide accurate shipping details.
7. Return and Refund Policy
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

- Items must be unused, with tags intact, and in original packaging.
- Returns/exchanges must be made within 15 days of receiving the order.
- Discounted/sale items are non-returnable.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (bank transfer for COD).
- Desinelle covers return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.
- If an exchange item is out of stock, store credit will be provided.

Desinelle ensures that all products are free from manufacturing defects. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately for a return or exchange.
