Desinelle Returns, Refund, and Exchange Policy
At Desinelle, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return, refund, and exchange policy ensures a smooth process for resolving your concerns.
Returns and Exchanges
- Return/Exchange Window: You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return or
exchange for any eligible item. - Item Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with
tags intact. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for return or exchange. - Exclusions: We do not accept returns or exchanges for discounted or sale items.
- Exchange Options: You may exchange your item for a different size or color, or receive a store credit to place a new order. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
- Exchange Price Differences:
◦ If the exchange item costs less than the original purchase, the difference will be provided as store credit for future purchases.
◦ If the exchange item costs more, the additional payment must be made in advance before the new item is delivered. - Processing Time: Our online exchange process takes 7-10 working days from the date of
receiving your returned item.
Refund Policy
- Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are only available if:
◦ The item is damaged or defective upon delivery.
◦ You receive an incorrect item. - Refund Method:
◦ Paid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (e.g., credit/debit card).
◦ COD Orders: Refunds will be issued via bank transfer to the original customer’s account. - Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving your return at our warehouse. Once processed, refunds typically reflect in your account within 3-5 working days, depending on your bank.
- Return Shipping Costs: Desinelle will cover return shipping costs for any defective or
incorrect items.
