Delivery Timeframes:

• Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 1 to 3 business days, depending on your location.
  
  
• Same-Day Delivery: For customers in Colombo 1-15 and select suburbs (including Mount Lavinia, Dematagoda, Battaramulla, and Homagama), we offer same-day delivery. To avail this service, please place your order before 11:00 AM local time. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the next business day. Deliveries are made by 8:00 PM on the same day.

 Delivery Fees:

• A delivery fee of Rs. 350 applies to all orders below Rs. 10,000.
• Enjoy free delivery on orders valued at Rs. 10,000 or above.

Order Tracking:

•  Customers can track their orders through the CityPack website using their order number. Tracking details will be provided once the order is dispatched.

Order Processing:

• Orders are processed and dispatched from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery Attempts:

• Our delivery partner will make up to three attempts to deliver your order. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us.
